Jamie Vardy has had quite a few moments of magic in the past year but he said his first goal for England on Saturday was the highlight of his season.
The Leicester City striker's backheeled goal brought England level after they had fallen two goals behind Germany, before Eric Dier's stoppage-time winner sealed the victory.
No matter the scoreline, Vardy's first senior international goal was a stunner as he redirected Nathaniel Clyne's cross with a flick of his right foot, sending it behind his planted left leg and past Manuel Neuer.
Vardy has now scored 20 goals for club and country this season, but Vardy said "definitely" when asked if this goal was his favourite moment this season.
The goal came just three minutes after Vardy came on for Danny Welbeck, and the 29-year-old said he was just happy to do his part.
"When you're a sub you want to come on and make an impact if possible," Vardy said. "I've done that and we've gone on to win.
"I just wanted to get across the near post to try to get something on it. Luckily I tried the little backheel and it's pulled off."
Harry Kane scored England's first goal of the night with a bit of magic of his own, gathering a corner before making a 180-degree turn and scoring.
And the Tottenham man acknowledged the resemblance his move had to one made famous by Johan Cruyff, who died early this week.
"The old Cruyff turn yeah. A little dedication maybe," he said. "We played brilliant. I thought we fully deserved the win. We had a lot of chances that on another day we could have taken. We're all buzzing. What a match."
But Kane warned that fans should not get too excited about the result ahead of the European Championship.
"Everyone needs to stay calm. It is a friendly but it is a great night for England and shows what a team we are," he said. "We have to keep coming back, keep doing what we're doing, we have another important game on Tuesday and we go from there."
The strikers' proficiency puts Wayne Rooney's role at Euro 2016 in further doubt, but the injured Manchester United forward supported them on Twitter.

Dier, who headed in Jordan Henderson's corner kick in the 91st minute, said he had worked out the play with the Liverpool captain beforehand.
"I told Jordan beforehand that he'd been putting a few to the back post so I asked him to put it to the front post and he's put it right there. All I had to do was get my head on it so I'm delighted," Dier said.
