Kek cuts trio

Slovenia boss Matjaz Kek has trimmed his World Cup squad to 23 by confirming a further three players would not travel to South Africa.

Having already cut four men from the initial 30-man party, Kek announced Mirnes Sisic, Darjan Matic and Dejan Kelhar had also missed out.

Slovenia have been drawn in Group C alongside England, Algeria and the United States.

Midfielders: Andraz Kirm (Wisla Krakow), Andrej Komac (Maccabi Tel-Aviv), Rene Krhin (Inter Milan), Dalibor Stevanovic (Vitesse Arnhem), Robert Koren (West Brom), Aleksander Radosavljevic (Larissa), Valter Birsa (Auxerre)
