Belgium are in camp preparing for their final games against Croatia and Wales in Group A of European qualifying, with the Red Devils only needing a point to advance to next year’s World Cup.

But the squad’s preparations were reportedly thrown into disarray when it was suggested the injured De Bruyne was taken to hospital and was now in doubt for the match with Croatia.

However, the 22-year-old took to Twitter to assure fans he was ready to help propel Belgium to Brazil 2014.

“Just to say. I'm fully fit for the game against croatie. No injury at all,” De Bruyne tweeted.

De Bruyne has been largely unused at Chelsea in recent weeks with Blues boss Jose Mourinho claiming his young forward needs give more for the team.
