West Ham's Slaven Bilic, Nikola Jurcevic fined by Football Association

West Ham manager Slaven Bilic and his assistant Nikola Jurcevic have both been fined £8,000 by the Football Association after admitting an improper conduct charge following Saturday's 2-2 draw against West Bromwich Albion.

Bilic was sent off by referee Michael Oliver after he angrily threw down a television microphone following West Brom's late equaliser at the London Stadium. Jurcevic had earlier complained about a West Ham goal that was disallowed for offside.

The duo were both charged by the FA on Tuesday and have now been hit with a punishment by English football's governing body.

An FA statement read: "West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic and his assistant Nikola Jurcevic have both been fined £8,000 after they admitted an FA misconduct charge and accepted the standard penalty.

"The pair were charged with improper conduct in relation to incidents in the 90th and 19th minutes respectively during the game against West Bromwich Albion on Saturday 11 February 2017."

Bilic felt West Ham had been hard done by throughout Saturday's game, which his side came from behind in to lead West Brom 2-1, only to be denied victory by Gareth McAuley's injury-time header.

Oliver chose not to award the hosts a foul on Sofiane Feghouli in the build-up to Nacer Chadli opening the scoring for the Baggies, while Jurcevic was left incensed when Feghouli's strike was then ruled out for offside.

Bilic said after the match that he was "very, very angry" with the decisions.

"There were four or five decisions and all of them went totally against us. It's building up your frustration," he said.
