New West Ham signing Sofiane Feghouli believes the "spectacular enthusiasm" around the club can help them achieve great things.
The Hammers announced last week that they would sign Feghouli, 26, once his contract with Valencia expires at the end of this month.
The Algeria winger told L'Equipe that West Ham had an "exceptional" attitude and fighting spirit under coach Slaven Bilic and that they also have a "super" sporting project.
Feghouli cannot wait to test himself in the Premier League, particularly in front of the thousands of West Ham fans who will pack into their new stadium next season.
"This season, with three games to go, West Ham were close to fourth place," he said. "There was nothing in it. "It's a balanced league. And if the club continues like that, with humility and a lot of ambition, it could lead to something really nice.
"There's a spectacular enthusiasm around this club. To be supported like that can only motivate you."
