West Ham manager Slaven Bilic dismisses Fenerbahce reports

West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic has brushed off reports in Turkey that Fenerbahce want him to take over in the summer.

Bilic, who formerly managed Fenerbahce's rivals Besiktas, said he was happy at the London club.

Speaking at a news conference ahead of his side's visit to Premier League leaders Leicester on Sunday, he said: "I have many friends in Turkey, but I'm happy here.

"When it comes to Turkey, Fenerbahce are a massive club -- but in Turkey there is only one club for me, and that's Besiktas."

Bilic praised Leicester for their "fairytale" season, but warned that the Hammers, chasing a place in Europe next season, would do everything they could to continue their own impressive campaign.

"People recognise we are having a good season, we are playing good football, and they are praising us," he said.

"But what Leicester have done puts our successful season a little bit in the shadows. It's like a fairytale and they deserve all the credit they are getting. It is unbelievable."

He said he was determined to ensure that his side bounced back from the disappointment of losing their FA Cup quarterfinal replay to Manchester United on Wednesday.

"We have six games left and we are totally motivated, we want to finish high. It's a few weeks of our lives and we have to do everything we can," he said.
