When is the 2019 Europa League final between Chelsea and Arsenal? All you need to know

Shaka Hislop and Alejandro Moreno wonder if the best team made it through to the Europa League final between Eintracht Frankfurt and Chelsea.
The ESPN FC panel explain why Arsenal are capable of making it to the Europa League final while showing such abysmal form in the Premier League this season.

Find out the date and details of the 2019 Europa League final.

Where is the 2019 Europa League final being played?

The final will be played at the Olympic Stadium in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. The stadium has a capacity of 68,700.

The ground, which opened in March 2015, is the home of Azerbaijan's national football team, and also hosts major athletics events.

Who is in the final?

Premier League clubs Chelsea and Arsenal will face each other.

When does the match kick off?

The match kicks off on Wednesday, May 29 at 23:00 local time (20:00 BST/15:00 ET/12:00 PT).

Who is the referee?

The UEFA Referees Committee has announced today that Gianluca Rocchi will referee the 2019 UEFA Europa League final.

This will be the first Europa League final that Rocchi has overseen, after handling the fourth referee duties in the 2010 encounter between Atletico Madrid and Fulham, as well as the 2017 Europa League final between Ajax and Manchester United. The same year, he was in charge of the UEFA Super Cup match between Man United and Real Madrid.

He will be assisted by compatriots Filippo Meli and Lorenzo Manganelli, with Daniele Orsato taking the role of fourth official.

The video assistant referee team will be led by Massimiliano Irrati, supported by Marco Guida, Szymon Marciniak, and Pawel Sokolnicki.
