FC Copenhagen control Crusaders in Champions League qualifying

Danish champions FC Copenhagen cruised to a 3-0 win over Northern Ireland side Crusaders in the first leg of their Champions League second qualifying round on Wednesday.

Federico Santander's header opened the scoring in the 19th minute before a diving header from Andreas Cornelius made it 2-0 five minutes before the break.

Rasmus Falk scored from distance early in the second half to complete a comfortable win for Copenhagen ahead of their home leg.

Also on Wednesday, Norway's Rosenborg opened a 3-1 lead over IFK Norrkoping of Sweden, with all the goals coming in the second half.

Holmar Orn Eyjolfsson, Pal Andre Helland and Yann-Erik de Lanlay all scored for the hosts in a 17-minute span before Sebastian Andersson was able to find an away goal.

Slovakia's AS Trencin held off a furious rally from Olimpija Ljubljana to win the away leg 4-3.

Jamie Lawrence and Samuel Kalu had both scored with six minutes before Rangelo Janga and Jakub Holubek made it 4-0 by the 32nd.

But the Slovenia club struck back through Etien Velikonja, Miha Zajc and Blessing Eleke to put the tie in doubt.

Bulgarian champions Ludogorets Razgrad won their home leg over Montenegro's Mladost Podgorica thanks to an early Cosmin Moti penalty and a Jody Lukoki strike.

Daniel Bode's away goal for Ferencvaros gave the Hungarian club a slim advantage over Albania's Partizani Tirana after a 1-1 draw.

Irish champions Dundalk managed a 1-1 draw at home against Iceland's FH, while Zalgiris Vilnius and Astana played out a goalless draw in Lithuania.
