Borussia Monchengladbach coach Lucien Favre has said Sevilla's Vitolo is the "best actor in the world" after he won two of three penalties on Tuesday night. Monchengladbach suffered a 3-0 loss against their Spanish opponents in the Champions League, with two of those goals coming from the spot -- Sevilla's third penalty was missed. Vitolo won the first penalty when running into Gladbach goalkeeper Yann Sommer following a low cross from the right wing. "Of course, Lars Stindl lost the ball, and Tony [Jantschke] has to attack earlier, and the player should never make the turn and cross the ball into the middle," Favre said. "Vitolo is the best actor in the world, I've known that for a long time." Minutes later, Vitolo won another penalty when veteran defender Roel Brouwers mistimed a tackle. Kevin Gameiro, who converted the first penalty, hammered his shot against the crossbar. Yet, 66 minutes into the match, Sevilla were awarded a third penalty, and Ever Banega made no mistake and doubled the scoreline. "We planned to do a lot in the second half, and in the dressing room addressed the fact that we have to be careful in the box, because Sevilla frequently appealed for penalties," attacker Andre Hahn said after the match. And his teammate Ibrahima Traore added: "When you receive two penalties within two minutes, something is wrong in the team. Especially in the Champions League it is complicated to come back."
