Matteo Darmian will only leave Torino if 'crazy' offer comes in - president

Torino have said they will not sell Matteo Darmian unless they receive a "crazy" offer for the Italy international.

Darmian, 25, who scored the winner in the 2-1 Turin derby victory over Juventus at the weekend, is reported to be a target for clubs including Arsenal, Bayern Munich and Barcelona.

Last year, Italy fans voted the full-back the best player in the national team -- and it is thought his club would not accept less than €15 million for him.

Torino president Urbano Cairo, who saw Ciro Immobile and Alessio Cerci depart last summer, was quoted by Tuttosport as saying: "We're in a condition where we can keep hold of our players -- we have no problems with the balance sheet.

"If Darmian would like to stay then Torino will never sell him, but if he were to signal a desire to leave and if there were to be a crazy offer for him, we might sell. But I've not received anything yet."

Darmian has been linked with Barcelona as a potential replacement for Dani Alves if he leaves in the summer, with Manchester United interested in the Barca full-back.

Should Alves stay in Catalonia, United could instead join the list of clubs interested in Darmian.
