Uganda Premier League champions KCCA FC are facing several injury concerns ahead of their tricky Preliminary Round CAF Champions League second-leg clash against CNaPS FC on Wednesday.

Arsenal set for 2019 Uganda visit

Premier League giants Arsenal are set to tour Uganda in June 2019 as part of a sports tourism project, according to National Council of Sports Chairman Bosco Onyik.

Uganda's Desabre vows to improve Cranes fitness levels

Cranes head coach Sébastien Desabre has criticized the fitness levels of the Uganda national teams after overseeing his first month and a half in the job.

The Frenchman was only appointed at the end of December, following a six-month search to find a permanent appointment for Micho Sredojevic, and struggled at the African Nations Championship in Morocco.

Uganda government to pay Cranes monthly stipends

The government of Uganda will pay national football team players monthly stipends of U$270 each, FA President Moses Magogo confirmed on Wednesday.

Speaking at a press conference at the FA's headquarters in Mengo, Magogo revealed that players will receive the money from January to June 2018.

Former Kenya Premier League MVP Daniel 'Mzee' Sserunkuma is determined to win the Uganda Premier League title after signing for Vipers SC.
