Pele believes Neymar is more similar to Lionel Messi than Cristiano Ronaldo

PSG's Unai Emery reveals he spoke to Neymar and expects the Brazilian to be back in Paris in two to three weeks to continue his rehabilitation.

Pele believes Neymar plays with a style more similar to Lionel Messi than Cristiano Ronaldo, the football legend told ESPN Brasil.

Neymar, who finished third in the voting for the Ballon d'Or behind Ronaldo and Messi in both 2015 and 2017, has been compared to both players, particularly in his native Brazil, where he is on pace to break Pele's goalscoring record with the national team.

Portugal have been drawn in Group B at the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, along with Spain, Morocco and Iran.

June 15: Portugal vs. Spain (Sochi; 2 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. GMT)

June 20: Portugal vs. Morocco (Moscow Luzhniki; 8 a.m. ET / Noon GMT)

June 25: Iran vs. Portugal (Saransk; 2 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. GMT)

The knockout stage begins on June 30 and the final takes place on July 15.

Portugal coach Fernando Santos took full responsibility for his side's 3-0 friendly defeat to Netherlands in Geneva.
