Hungary's Bernd Storck staying cautious after first-leg win at Norway

Hungary took a major step towards Euro 2016 qualification with a vital away goal against Norway.

Hungary boss Bernd Storck stressed his side's job was not yet done and called for focus in Sunday's return clash after they secured a 1-0 away victory over Norway in the first leg of their Euro 2016 qualifying playoff.

Storck's men took a step towards what would be Hungary's first major tournament in 30 years after debutant Laszlo Kleinheisler fired in the only goal of the game in Oslo in the 26th minute.

The visitors had to soak up plenty of pressure from Norway, who were denied in the third minute...

Conte sorry Italy denied Norway Euro 2016 place, backs them to win playoff

Norway were forced to settle for a playoff spot after seeing a second-half lead disappear in a 2-1 defeat to Italy, who won Group H.

Italy coach Antonio Conte was apologetic -- to a certain extent -- for depriving Norway a place at Euro 2016 as the Italians made it 50 qualifying games in a row without a defeat in Rome on Tuesday night.

The Squadra Azzurra came from behind to defeat Norway, wrestling back top spot in Group H and extending an impressive record which dates back to a 3-1 defeat to France in September 2006.
