Venezuela condemn Uruguay to an early Copa America exit; Mexico win

Salomon Rondon's first-half effort helped Venezuela to a surprise 1-0 win over Uruguay in Philadelphia on Thursday.

Rondon's 36th-minute goal gave Venezuela two wins from two and left Uruguay sitting at the bottom of Group C with zero points and with no hope of qualifying for the quarterfinals.
