Chile can't be overconfident in World Cup qualifying - Juan Antonio Pizzi

Javier Hernandez will put the Copa America loss behind him to help Bayer Leverkusen win silverware.

Bayer Leverkusen striker Javier "Chicharito" Hernandez said there are no hard feelings between him and teammate Charles Aranguiz despite the fact that Aranguiz and Chile handed Hernandez's Mexico squad a 7-0 defeat in Copa America Centenario quarterfinals earlier this summer.

The thrashing for El Tri also put Hernandez's dream of become his country's all-time leading goal scorer on hold for now. The Guadalajara native is one goal shy of tying Jared Borgetti's all-time record of 46 goals for Mexico.

Barcelona would like to keep hold of goalkeepers Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Claudio Bravo for next season despite reported interest from Manchester City for the German star, sporting director Robert Fernandez said on Thursday.

Ter Stegen has played in cup competitions while Bravo features in league games -- an arrangement neither man is completely satisfied with over the past two years. But Fernandez has vowed to prevent either from exiting the Camp Nou ahead of next season.
