Switzerland captain Gokhan Inler has warned England that his team are ready to gatecrash the Three Lions' party.
The Leicester midfielder insists the visitors will not roll over at Wembley on Tuesday with Roy Hodgson's side having already reached Euro 2016 and expecting Wayne Rooney to net his record 50th goal and become the country's leading scorer.
Switzerland are second in Group E and aiming to seal their own qualification for next year's tournament in France ahead of Estonia and need four points from the final three games.
Inler is expected to return to the midfield after sitting out Saturday's dramatic 3-2 win against Slovenia, where they recovered from 2-0 down, and insisted Switzerland are not coming to surrender.
"This is not a friendly match," the 31-year-old said in a press conference at Wembley on Monday. "It is a very important game for us, and we know the English will always play 100 percent.
"We had a positive chat after we won the last game. Every player wants to play. I spoke to my teammates and there is still the same respect for me within the team.
"Spirit is vital for our progress. You can see that from the last results."
England beat Switzerland 2-0 in Zurich last September thanks to Danny Welbeck's brace but boss Vladimir Petkovic believes they are a different proposition now.
"We have definitely moved forward since we played England last year,' he said. "I would say we are at about 70-80 per cent of what we can achieve.
"The main difference is we've got to know each other better. Since that defeat we have had positive results and played in a good style. I hope we can confirm that. We need points and have to show we can play in a stadium like Wembley."
