Swansea City's Gomis Bafetimbi says he's keeping his transfer options open

Swansea City striker Bafetimbi Gomis is keeping his options open after admitting he is flattered by interest from other clubs.

Gomis is being chased by several clubs during this month's transfer window with the likes of Crystal Palace, West Ham, Aston Villa and Newcastle all credited with an interest in his services.

Swansea are reluctant to lose Gomis with Wilfried Bony on the verge of a move to Manchester City as they do not want to leave themselves short in attack.

However, Gomis is weighing up options after enduring a frustrating first six months to life in Swansea following his arrival on a free transfer from Lyon last summer.

Gomis has been forced to play a bit-part role at the Liberty Stadium with Bony being the preferred choice of Garry Monk in the starting line-up.

The 29-year-old has been frustrated with his lack of game time after being told when he signed he would be playing alongside Bony in attack.

Gomis, who has started the last two games and scored twice in the FA Cup win over Tranmere, is flattered to be linked with a move and insists there is more to come from him if he given a chance to play on a regular basis.

"It is nice to hear that other clubs are interested in me even though I have not played so much," Gomis told ESPN FC."There is more to come from me and I just want to play regularly.

"I know clubs have been speaking to my agent and my agent has been speaking to one very big club so we will see what happens.

"I believe I could do a job for most clubs and like any player I want to play in the Champions League."
