Hamstring scare for Van der Vaart
Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp faces a nervous wait to learn the extent of Rafael van der Vaart's injury after the midfielder limped out of Netherlands' friendly against Switzerland with a hamstring strain.
Van der Vaart was replaced by PSV Eindhoven midfielder Kevin Strootman after 66 minutes when Van der Vaart appeared to suffer a recurrence of the injury that saw him sidelined earlier this season.
The Spurs playmaker has scored four goals in his last four Premier League games, and another lay-off would be a major blow for Spurs. Netherlands are yet to confirm the severity of the midfielder's problem.
