Premier Showdown - Nov 5-6

What a return to form for Tommy Smyth! Our reigning champion was without a single point for the season, but celebrated Halloween with a 12-point haul - the biggest of the season - and three points in his bag of goodies. But can Tommy build on this and smash another three points from the gap to the Rest of the World? We're heading to India for this week's challenger as Preetha Adisheshan is in the Showdown chair. She says: "I am a die hard fan and my favourite clubs are Liverpool and Barcelona! My favourite pastimes are to play fantasy and Premier League predictions and also maintain statistics of this beautiful game! I am from India and am probably one among very few female soccer enthusiasts in the country!" Time for those infamous predictions.

For each round of matches we invite someone to represent the Rest of the World and take on Press Pass' Tommy Smyth and ESPNsoccernet journalist Dale Johnson in our predictions game.

Points are then awarded as follows:
• Three points for a correct result and scoreline
• One point for a correct result

After the weekend's scores are in and the Showdown result has been worked out, the winning pundit receives three points for their season's total. Should the challenger win, the total is added to the Rest of the World tally. In the case of a draw, the points are shared.

What an amazing finish! Both Dale and Tommy were level on nine points as Fulham and Spurs enter the closing stages at Craven Cottage. A goal either way would take the weekly win ... Fulham were battering Spurs ... and then in the 95th minute Jermain Defoe scored the goal which gave Tommy the correct score and glory. So two wins back-to-back for Tommy, with a total of 23 points, is a superb achievement. Back in the game!

Table after Round 11
Rest of the World: 16.5
Dale: 10.5
Tommy: 6

Best week's total of season: 12, Tommy Smyth

Final table 2010-11
Tommy: 46.5
Dale: 45
Rest of the World: 22.5

Best week's total of season: 13, Tommy Smyth (from eight fixtures).

So do you think you can beat the best of the best? Now is your chance to find out!
