Juventus have completed the signing of Netherlands international Eljero Elia in a €9 million deal from Hamburg.
Elia, 24, has signed a four-year contract with the Serie A side and will add blistering pace on the flank at Juventus.
"I know a lot about Juventus," Elia said on the club's official website. "This is the biggest club in Italy. For me it was very important that the coach [Antonio Conte] wanted me in making this decision."
Elia had been linked with a move to the Premier League, with Arsenal and Liverpool among the clubs reportedly keen, but instead opted to become the third Dutchman to play for Juve.
"I hope I can do as well as them," said Elia, who follows in the footsteps of Edgar Davids and Edwin van der Sar. "I want to show what I can do. I know I can bring speed and skill to Juventus, and I hope to score a lot of goals."
