Hannover have confirmed the signing of Austria international Daniel Royer from SV Ried for an undisclosed fee.
The midfielder has signed a four-year contract with the Bundesliga outfit.
"Daniel Royer can use both feet and can be used flexibly on both wings with his pace," Hannover director of sport Jorg Schmadtke said. "We are pleased that one of Austria's biggest talents has chosen Hannover."
Royer should be part of the Austria team which faces Germany in Gelsenkirchen on Friday.
The 21-year-old is expected to make his Hannover debut in Stuttgart on September 10, although he will not be permitted to play in the Europa League clash with Standard Liege five days later since he has already appeared in the competition this season for Ried.
