Bursaspor blast Gers' Miller bid
Bursaspor anticipate Kenny Miller to leave for Cardiff City after criticising Rangers' offer for their former striker.
Miller, 31, only left Rangers for Bursaspor in January, but he and his family have struggled to settle in Turkey.
Rangers have been linked with bringing the Scotland international back to Ibrox for a third spell, although it appears Cardiff are favourites to land his signature.
Bursaspor's director of transfers, Erkan Kamat, told STV: "The policy of Rangers is not good. I don't like it. It is a ridiculously low offer.
"As far as we are concerned, Kenny Miller has been sold to Cardiff City. He is going to be their player and he is not going to Rangers.
"We are in a very bad position now. We have a Europa League match next week, Kenny is going and we need another striker. We want €1 million (£881,000)to buy another player."
Miller managed an impressive return of 49 SPL goals from 81 appearances after re-joining Rangers from Derby in 2008.
