Injured Tottenham midfielder Sandro has vowed to return to action in one month.
Sandro, 22, suffered the problem while on international duty with Brazil during the nation's failed Copa America campaign.
He underwent knee surgery last Friday, with the club confirming via a statement that the Brazilian will likely be sidelined for three months.
But Sandro has claimed he could make his comeback far earlier than predicted. He said on his Twitter account: "Hi guys. I'm tired of sitting by putting ice on my knee. but I'm getting better .. lol lol come on you spurs...
"Spurs fans in the one month I'll be back to "fight" again.... not 3 months. I promise i'ii go back in 1 month. come on you spurs [sic]."
Sandro joined Spurs from Internacional last year and impressed during the latter half of last season in the heart of the side's midfield.
