Guidolin expecting Udinese departures

Udinese coach Francesco Guidolin says he expects star trio Alexis Sanchez, Gokhan Inler and Cristian Zapata to leave the club this summer.

• Udinese give update on wanted trio
• Alexis Sanches profile
• Napoli enter Sanchez race
• Barca make final Sanchez offer

The three players greatly contributed to Udinese finishing fourth in Serie A and qualifying for the preliminary stages of the Champions League, but Guidolin accepts that there is little he can do if bigger clubs swoop for his best players.

"I am happy that our players are followed by important clubs,'' Guidolin said. "However, I would love for them to remain in Friuli. But whatever happens, I will be happy.

"I do have a feeling that Inler, Zapata and Sanchez will not play for us next season but the team will soon be confirmed.''

Chile winger Sanchez is believed to be on the brink of sealing a move to European champions Barcelona, while Colombia defender Zapata is set to join Spanish side Villarreal and midfielder Gokhan Inler is expected to complete his permanent transfer to Napoli this week.
