Gyan not seeking exit

Asamoah Gyan says it is up to Sunderland to decide whether he will be leaving the club this summer.

Bruce keen to keep Gyan

Gyan, 25, has been linked with a number of clubs around Europe, but manager Steve Bruce has warned it will take a "wonder bid" to prise the Ghana striker away from the Stadium of Light.

Gyan, who has three years remaining on his contract, has now said there have been no firm bids for his services and that he is not looking to move on.

"Now I am a player of Sunderland and so far there is nothing concrete - it's just rumours," he told GHANAsoccernet. "I am happy at Sunderland but the people from Sunderland would have to decide whether I'm leaving or staying."
