Redknapp fears for Bale
Harry: We threw it away
The Wales star was stretchered off after the collision and left Tottenham's White Hart Lane stadium wearing a protective boot on the injured ankle.
"He has done his ankle, it looks quite bad,'' Redknapp said. "We are not sure whether he has done his ligament or something. They are checking up on him but it is quite swollen.
"It looked a bad challenge, to be fair. But that is how it goes. They will scan him for sure and see how it is. It might not be so bad. He might have done his ligament, it may just be a twist. I don't know, we'll have to wait and see.''
Blackpool captain Adam said it was sad to see Bale leave the field, but insisted it was not his intention to harm the 21-year-old.
"I never meant to go over the top [of the ball] because I'm one of these players who want to see the best players in the country on the pitch and he's one of them," the Scot told talkSPORT.
"It was sad to see a player like him go off because he's a terrific player but there was no malice in it. I went to win the ball, I've not seen it again but I went in to see him and I apologised if it looks bad."
Blackpool manager Ian Holloway disagreed with ESPN pundit Kevin Keegan that Adam's challenge was deliberate.
"He (Adam) almost came here so why would he want to hurt anybody?'' Holloway said. "He hasn't got it in him. At this level, the game is so quick.
"Charlie tried to get there and it was genuine so I'm disappointed that Kevin says that. He is entitled to his own opinion but I totally disagree with it.''
Holloway said Adam had also been hurt by criticism from pundit Alan Shearer recently.
"Alan Shearer upset him a bit this week,'' Holloway said. "Charlie was worried because he had said that his time might have passed him by, but if you are in the limelight you have to deal with whatever people say about you.
"He is a terrific lad. He is only 24 years old and he is only going to get better. Players are allowed to go in and out of form and to come here under these circumstances and get a draw was great.
"It was a great game of football and it feels like we are back on track. Let's hope it's not too late. We look a good side again.''
