Stoke City boss Tony Pulis admits he has yet to make a deicison on whether to offer John Carew a permanenet deal at the end of the season, as the Norwegian striker hasn't played enough games yet.
Carew, 31, has made just nine appearances since arriving at the Britannia Stadium from Aston Villa in January as he has been blighted with injuries.
And with fellow strikers Kenwyne Jones and Jon Walters both enjoying a rich vein of form, Carew has plenty to prove if he is to see his short-term deal extended this summer.
"He's a big lad and really good around the place, the lads have really taken to him," Pulis said.
"He's got a great sense of humour, very witty and dry. The problem is he's been injured and so we haven't had him as much as we'd have liked."
