AC Milan have reinforced their squad with the signing of veteran defender Nicola Legrottaglie from Juventus.
Legrottaglie, 34, has signed on a short-term deal until June 30, similar to the signing of Dutchman Mark van Bommel from Bayern Munich earlier this month.
The former Italy international became available after Juventus completed the signing of Andrea Barzagli from Wolfsburg earlier in the window, giving Legrottaglie the chance to move to the San Siro.
"I am really disappointed with how it ends at Juve," the defender told Sky Sport 24. "I'll soon tell you everything I have in my heart."
Milan are believed to have paid a fee of around €1m for the veteran stopper.
