Premier Showdown - Nov 9-10

Another week, and yet another victory for Tommy Smyth. He may not have done it in style this time, but he just edged out the Rest of the World boys.

With Tommy seemingly unstoppable, picking up win after win and building up a 12-point lead, we've decided to turn to family matters.

Joining us for his annual date with the ROTW is Tommy's nephew, Padraig Smyth. We've got our fingers crossed that Tommy will be stopped!

"Hey, Padraig Smyth here again from the wee county of Louth, Ireland (Leinster Champions 2010). I just wanna give my uncle Tommy another beating and end his good run. I'm a massive Villa fan and we should get our season back on track against Blackpool and I should be able to get the Rest of the World's season back on track too."

This is going to be an interesting one!

Points are then awarded as follows:
• Three points for a correct result and scoreline
• One point for a correct result

After the weekend's scores are in and the Showdown result has been worked out, the winning pundit receives three points for their season's total. Should the challenger win, the total is added to the Rest of the World tally. In the case of a draw, the points are shared.
