Inter come from behind to beat Palermo

Inter Milan came from behind to move joint-top of Serie A with a 2-1 win at Palermo.

Josip Ilicic put the hosts in front after 28 minutes, but Samuel Eto'o levelled in the 63rd minute and earned the Nerazzurri all three points in the 71st minute.

Diego Milito missed a hatful of chances to make it a more comfortable win for Inter, who moved level on seven points with Cesena at the top of the table by extending their unbeaten start to the season.

For their part, Cesena beat Lecce 1-0 after going down to ten men. Giuseppe Colucci was sent off in the first half, but Erjon Bogdani hit the winner in the second, before Lecce had their own red card as Gianni Munari was given his marching orders with ten minutes left.

Marco Di Vaio struck twice in the second half as Bologna came back to get a 2-2 result and earn a point at Roma. The Eternal City giants thought they had secured their first triumph of the campaign only for Di Vaio to fire home a late equaliser and silence the crowd at the Stadio Olimpico.

Marco Borriello opened his account for Roma in the seventh minute before Bologna defender Matteo Rubin deflected the ball into his own net seconds before the hour mark to double the Giallorossi's lead. Di Vaio pulled a goal back for the visitors with 13 minutes remaining and the veteran forward added his second at the death.

After a midweek draw with Lech Poznan in the Europa League, Juventus hit four goals past Udinese to bring some confidence back into the side. Andrea Coda's own goal sent them on their way before Fabio Quagliarella and Claudio Marchisio made it 3-0 before half-time. Vincenzo Iaquinta added the gloss with just over ten minutes left.

Napoli became the first side to beat Sampdoria at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris since January 2009 by coming from behind to win 2-1.

Antonio Cassano thought he had taken Sampdoria into a share of top spot when he put them ahead with a penalty in the 78th minute, but quickfire goals from Marek Hamsik and Edinson Cavani earned Napoli their first win of the season. The win lifts Walter Mazzarri's side up to seventh in the table and preserves their unbeaten start to the season.

Alessandro Diamanti's goal was enough to see Brescia end Chievo's 100% Serie A record with a 1-0 win. The home side were guilty of wasting a host of presentable chances in the early stages, but once Brescia had settled they had the better of the contest and ended up deserved winners thanks to Diamanti superb 30th minute free-kick.

Parma and Genoa drew 1-1 at the Stadio Ennio Tardini with both sides now on four points from the first three games of the Serie A season. Luca Toni's first goal in a Genoa shirt in the 28th minute put the visitors in front, but Cristian Zaccardo, who had given away the spot-kick, made amends with the equaliser midway through the second half.

Bari dominated at San Nicola but were unable to find the necessary cutting edge in front of goal as Cagliari held on for a 0-0 draw. After a slow start, the hosts gradually asserted control on the proceedings - but visiting goalkeeper Michael Agazzi had only one meaningful save to make as they were largely restricted to long-range efforts.
