Park not worried by Chelsea form

Park Ji-Sung insists Manchester United have no reason to fear Chelsea despite their hugely impressive start to the season.

Defending champions Chelsea are currently top of the Premier League after three wins out of three, scoring 14 goals scored and none conceded, while United dropped two points at Fulham after a late equaliser from Brede Hangeland.

Nonetheless, Park feels the Blues will go through a bad patch sooner or later and is confident United have enough quality to take advantage.

"It has been a good start for Chelsea but we are not worried about that as it is a very long season," he told ManUtd.kr. "Each team has their ups and downs and the real test for Chelsea will come when things are not going so well for them."

He added: "We're pleased to have won two of our three games, but we know we can still improve. We are experienced enough to know that as we get more games under our belt, our qualities will shine through."

Park also said he expects to spend most of his time out on the flanks this season despite having been used in a man-marking role to good effect at times last season.

"I think this season I will be playing on the wing, either side, as I have been doing for most of my time here," he said. "I've played in the centre and enjoyed it, but as long as I am picked I don't care where I play."
