Reds forward Babel dismisses reports of London move
Liverpool's Ryan Babel has written on his Twitter page that he will not be leaving the club on transfer deadline day, despite reports linking him with West Ham and Tottenham.
Babel was reported to have boarded a helicopter bound for London earlier on Tuesday, with both Upton Park and White Hart Lane mentioned as possible destinations for the Netherlands international.
But he has denied that he is leaving Anfield and has reiterated his commitment to the Premier League club.
"I'm going no where (sic)," Babel wrote. "LFC all the way. YNWA!!! (You'll Never Walk Alone),'' he wrote.
Babel joined Liverpool from Ajax for a fee of £11.5 million in 2007 but has failed to secure regular first-team football at Anfield.
