Fred Rutten's side cruised into the Europa League group stage with a 5-0 home win over Sibir Novosibirsk on Thursday and continued their goalscoring form thanks to an early opener from Ibrahim Afellay.
But Timothy Derijck got the hosts back on level terms 11 minutes after the break and, although Francisco Rodriguez put PSV ahead again on 73 minutes, ADO were not to be denied a point and it was secured by Frantisek Kubik's equaliser nine minutes from time.
Luuk de Jong and Marc Janko bagged two goals apiece as FC Twente took FC Utrecht apart in a 4-0 victory.
De Jong rattled a post and Utrecht keeper Michel Vorm made a couple of good saves as Twente dominated the first half without breaking the deadlock. But Twente continued their domination after the break and Janko and De Jong eventually turned pressure into goals.
AZ Alkmaar remain without an Eredivisie win this season after a 1-1 draw against visiting Excelsior. Guyon Fernandez had put the away side in the lead after 35 minutes, with Kolbeinn Sigthorsson levelling matters 14 minutes from time.

The in-form Dane netted the opener after six minutes and notched a second moments later to set up the win, with the sides then sharing four further goals.
Heerenveen came from two goals down as Rens van Eijden's late own goal handed them a 2-2 draw at NEC Nijmegen.
