Ibrahimovic has no intention of leaving Barcelona

Barcelona striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic insists he has no intention of leaving the Catalan club.

Ibrahimovic moved to the Nou Camp in the transfer deal of last summer which saw Barca shell out €40 million and give Samuel Eto'o to Inter Milan.

On last season's showing the Serie A side appeared to have got the better of the deal as Ibrahimovic, the top scorer in Italy the previous campaign, struggled for goals.

Recent reports suggest that new Barca president Sandro Rosell is working on a swap deal with Manchester City's Robinho, which would see Ibrahimovic link up with former Inter coach Roberto Mancini. The Sweden striker claims he is happy at Barca.

"Every day people are linking me with with new clubs. All this interest pleases me, but I still have four years on my contract with Barcelona and I dont have any intention of leaving,'' said Ibrahimovic. "I am in the best squad in the world.

"Would I play in the Premier League one day? It will happen one day without any doubt, I have a lot to give to Barca, but we know that in football everything can change in 24 hours.''
