Udinese dismiss De Biasi and turn to Marino again
Udinese have parted company with coach Gianni De Biasi and placed Pasquale Marino back in charge just two months after he left the post.
Udinese are currently 16th in the Serie A table, one point above the drop zone with six wins from 24 matches this season.
A 3-0 rout at the hands of Genoa last night proved the final straw for De Biasi, who was only appointed coach in place of Marino in December.
However, his stay at the helm was short-lived with a statement on Udinese's official website confirming Marino has returned to the club for a second spell.
The statement read: "Udinese Calcio confirm the squad has been handed back to Pasquale Marino and his staff," read the statement.
"Udinese Calcio also thank Gianni De Biasi for his hard work and professionalism during this time."
Udinese's next league match is at home to leaders Inter Milan.
