Premier Showdown - Dec 15-16

A good win for the ROTW at the weekend means they go into the midweek round of games in good form. But, in a rare twist for this season, can they keep it up? Joining us this time around is Curtis Scott. "I am in the field of Project Management in Vancouver, British Columbia. I am 25 years old and support (even through these tough times) Liverpool. "I have been verbally assaulted weekend after weekend by my buddies, all Man United supporters, due to Liverpool's recent string of terrible games. The only thing I have on them, is that they still can't beat us!" Let's play.

Soccernet's Premier League Editor, Dale Johnson, and ESPNsoccernet Press Pass pundit Tommy Smyth take up the test.

They, along with the challenger, cast their eyes over weekend's top flight fixtures in England and predict how they think each game will turn out.

Points are then awarded as follows:
• Three points for a correct result and scoreline
• One point for a correct result

After the weekend's scores are in and the result has been worked out, the winning pundit receives three points for their season's total. Should the challenger win, the total is added to the 'Rest of the World's' tally. In the case of a draw, the points are shared between those level on points.
