Gary Megson calls for talking to stop
Bolton manager Gary Megson has called for his players to stop talking and start playing their way out of the bottom three.
The Trotters have slipped to 19th in the table, just two points above bottom side Portsmouth, and with just one point from their last five games they are nervously looking over their shoulder.
Megson's side host Manchester City on Saturday before a crucial relegation game at home to West Ham on Tuesday. And Megson is desperate to get more points on the board as the league heads into the busy festive period.
"There comes a time when you can't keep chatting on about having two home games, so we have an advantage, or being away from home, or playing a team from the bottom three," Megson said.
"We have got a few players who are not delivering what I know they can deliver for whatever reason. That's why we are where we are and we have got to change all that."
