Manchester City defender Micah Richards has recovered from a knee injury and has returned to training ahead of City's trip to the Reebok Stadium.
Richards limped out of the victory against Chelsea on Saturday and there were fears he might face a spell on the sidelines. However, the injury was not as bad as first feared and he should be in contention to face Bolton on Saturday.
"I heard a crack and then the knee gave way and for a moment I thought it was really serious," Richards told the club's official website. "It was a bit of a worry because it was the right knee, the one on which I had an operation last season. But the pain subsided and fortunately I am fit to train again.''
