Premier Showdown - Aug 29-30

We're about to head into the international break and at the moment there's no sign of a point for the Rest of the World. Back-to-back wins put Dale on six points with Tommy on three.

Looking to change that this week is Josh Will who is the rarest of things in the online world... a Stoke City fan!

He tells us: "I am a big Austin Aztex and Stoke City Supporter, go Potters! I'm from from Austin, Texas in the United States. I am 34 years old, and sell Residential Real Estate and can't get enough football.

"I think Stoke will make a strong showing and sit comfortably in the top 10 throughout the year. Man United will fall from grace and by the end of the year we will see Chelsea and Arsenal fighting for yearly bragging rights. This season's outlook is full of excitement from top to bottom."

We do not have complete faith with Will. Let's play!

Soccernet's Premier League Editor, Dale Johnson, and ESPNsoccernet Press Pass pundit Tommy Smyth take up the test.

They, along with the challenger, cast their eyes over weekend's top flight fixtures in England and predict how they think each game will turn out.

Points are then awarded as follows:
• Three points for a correct result and scoreline
• One point for a correct result

After the weekend's scores are in and the result has been worked out, the winning pundit receives three points for their season's total. Should the challenger win, the total is added to the 'Rest of the World's' tally. In the case of a draw, the points are shared between those level on points.
