Premier Showdown - Aug 18-19

What a start for Tommy Smyth! Yes, he's stormed to an opening weekend victory in true Arsenal style to leave both Dale and the Rest of the World stunned. We've got a short round this week so anything can happen, but who is joining us? "G'day, I'm James Mazza," says James Mazza. "I'm 24 from Queens Park in Australia (WA to be exact), I'm a mad Fulham man who also keeps an eye on QPR (being from Queens Park of course!). "I am an assistant manager at Chicken Treat (Australian fast food chain like KFC) but spend most of my free time checking on how my teams go from all sports around the world! "I'm very confident of getting all six results correct, are you game enough to take on a Grumpy Australian who hates losing at anything and hates seeing any of his teams lose?" We're game!

Soccernet's Premier League Editor, Dale Johnson, and ESPNsoccernet Press Pass pundit Tommy Smyth take up the test.

They, along with the challenger, cast their eyes over weekend's top flight fixtures in England and predict how they think each game will turn out.

Points are then awarded as follows:
• Three points for a correct result and scoreline
• One point for a correct result

After the weekend's scores are in and the result has been worked out, the winning pundit receives three points for their season's total. Should the challenger win, the total is added to the 'Rest of the World's' tally. In the case of a draw, the points are shared between those level on points.
