Inter's Ibrahimovic poised to stay, says Moratti

Striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is 90 percent certain to remain at Inter Milan next season despite fuelling speculation about a move, club president Massimo Moratti said on Monday.

The Swede, whose 22 league goals inspired Inter's fourth straight Serie A title, has been considering his future at the club after becoming frustrated by their constant failure in the Champions League.

"Yes, I really think so," Moratti told reporters when asked if it was 90 percent sure Ibrahimovic would stay.

Media reports have linked Barcelona with a bid for the 27-year-old, who told Inter fans to shut up earlier this month after he was heckled for giving away the ball.

In Sunday's title celebration match with Siena, he argued with team mates and was visibly angered when coach Jose Mourinho decided to keep him on despite a niggle. He then scored to round off the 3-0 win but was not in a party mood.

"In football there are no guarantees. I cannot say now if I'll stay one year, three, five or six years. I'm not one who stays at a club all his life," the former Ajax and Juventus forward told Italian media.

Inter, who released Adriano last month and are poised to let fellow forwards Hernan Crespo and Julio Cruz leave, are close to signing Genoa striker Diego Milito while Mourinho has said he is keen on Udinese forward Fabio Quagliarella.
