Premier Showdown - Feb 7-8

Now, this is just starting to get silly. Another win for Tommy Smyth at the weekend means he is now level with the Rest of the World and just 4.5 points behind Dale Johnson at the top!

This is certainly shaping up to be the most evenly contested Showdown ever. Who will come out on top?

Looking to find some form for the ROTW is Justin Aguero.

What do you have to tell us, Justin? "I am 14 years old. My dad is from Paraguay. My favorite club is Fenerbahce, and my favorite club(s) in England are Blackburn (because they have a Paraguayan), Hull and Manchester United. I am currently in eigth grade."

Let's get this challenge started!

Soccernet's Premier League Editor, Dale Johnson, and ESPNsoccernet Press Pass pundit Tommy Smyth take up the test.

They, along with the challenger, cast their eyes over weekend's top flight fixtures in England and predict how they think each game will turn out.

Points are then awarded as follows:
• Three points for a correct result and scoreline
• One point for a correct result

After the weekend's scores are in and the result has been worked out, the winning pundit receives three points for their season's total. Should the challenger win, the total is added to the 'Rest of the World's' tally. In the case of a draw, the points are shared between those level on points.
