England coach Fabio Capello is looking forward to returning to Spain next week as he begins the preparations for the upcoming World Cup qualifying games.
Capello, who twice managed in the Primera Liga with Real Madrid, takes his England team to Seville on Wednesday evening to take on the European champions.
With a crucial double against Slovakia and Ukraine at Wembley on March 28 and April 1 it will be last chance for Capello to plan for matches which could all but put England on the plane to South Africa in 2010.
Spain, unbeaten in 28 matches over the last two years, have usurped Brazil at the top of the FIFA World Rankings and will prove to be a stern test for Capello's impressive progress with the national side since taking over 13 months ago.
"I'm looking forward to playing in Seville, it's going to be very special,'' said the Italian. "I've always wanted to play in Spain with England and we are very happy to be facing the champions of Europe. At the Pizjuan [stadium] we will see at what level we find ourselves."
