Australia defender Craig Moore admitted his relief after he was given the all-clear to continue his playing career with Queensland Roar following his cancer diagnosis.
The 32-year-old had a testicle removed last month after discovering a lump six weeks ago.
After being told by his oncologist he requires no immediate further treatment, Moore is now ready to play a full part in the busy end of season A-League schedule.
"The blood results came back perfect and there was no change in the scan, so very good news," said the former Rangers and Newcastle defender.
"I go back in six weeks for a blood test and three months for a CAT scan, but that is very much protocol.
"The team, everybody involved at the club and fans have shown tremendous support through emails and what have you. Everybody has been fantastic and like I said it's a huge relief and great news."
