Premier Showdown - Nov 15/16

Well, what a way to see your winning run come to an end. Dale Johnson managed just two points last weekend as Andy Dodge scored a victory for the Rest of the World. Still, there's much work to be done by the ROTW if they are to win back their crown. Joining Showdown this weekend is Matthew Clark.

Matthew, who's from Kings Mountain in North Carolina, USA, tells us: 'I am a former player in the lower US professional leagues and a former club ball teammate of Janusz Michallik. I'm also a former college coach.

'I have loved Chelsea since I met Peter Bonetti 25 years ago and I'm also a fan of my mother's team - Werder Bremen.'

Let's play!

Soccernet's Premier League Editor, Dale Johnson, and ESPNsoccernet Press Pass pundit Tommy Smyth take up the test.

They, along with the challenger, cast their eyes over weekend's top flight fixtures in England and predict how they think each game will turn out.

Points are then awarded as follows:
• Three points for a correct result and scoreline
• One point for a correct result

After the weekend's scores are in and the result has been worked out, the winning pundit receives three points for their season's total. Should the challenger win, the total is added to the 'Rest of the World's' tally. In the case of a draw, the points are shared between those level on points.
