Davids eyes move to Brazilian side Flamengo
Former Holland midfielder Edgar Davids would like to play for Brazilian giants Flamengo before calling time on his career.
The 35-year-old, who is currently without a club after his contract with Ajax was not renewed in the summer, revealed he has already started negotiations with another club, although he added he would like to play for Flamengo.
"I dream of playing at Flamengo and I can still make it come true because I am still a professional player," Davids said.
"I have already been contacted by a club that is not based in Brazil, but my career will last quite a bit longer.
"Maybe I could go on for two or three more seasons and it would be possible for me to play here."
Davids, who has played for Barcelona, Juventus and AC Milan, represented Holland at the 1994 and 1998 World Cups.
