Premier Showdown - Oct 25-26

More joy for Dale Johnson at the weekend as he made it three wins on the spin - a hat-trick if you will!

Dale's now clear of the Rest of the World at the top of the table as he looks to hold on to his prediction crown. But there's a long, long way to go yet. Don't forget there's a full programme in midweek so get your entry in!

Joining us this weekend is Jude Kankara.

Jude tells Showdown: 'My name is Jude Kankara. I am 31-years-old and live in Abuja, Nigeria. I work as a media developer with an international media house. I am that Chelsea fan you never want to meet. BLUUUUUUUUUUEEEEEEEESSSSSSS!'

Yes, let's hope we never meet.

On to showdown!

Soccernet's Premier League Editor, Dale Johnson, and ESPNsoccernet Press Pass pundit Tommy Smyth take up the test.

They, along with the challenger, cast their eyes over weekend's top flight fixtures in England and predict how they think each game will turn out.

Points are then awarded as follows:
• Three points for a correct result and scoreline
• One point for a correct result

After the weekend's scores are in and the result has been worked out, the winning pundit receives three points for their season's total. Should the challenger win, the total is added to the 'Rest of the World's' tally. In the case of a draw, the points are shared between those level on points.

It's a poor showing from Jude as Dale and Tommy share the spoils. Dale only got three results correct, but they were all bang on with the score as Tommy has a late surge of points.

Dale: 13.5
Rest of the World: 9
Tommy: 4.5

Best week's total of season: 14, Dale Johnson
