Premier Showdown - Apr 5-8

So, we can finally confirm Dale Johnson as the new champion of Premier Showdown. The Rest of the World may have snatched a draw with Dale last weekend but it was only Tommy Smyth would could make a difference. So, Dale takes the crown that the ROTW have long held.

Tommy and the ROTW now only have pride to play for, and the wooden spoon to avoid, with our Press Pass pundit in the driving seat.

Aiming to make a difference for the ROTW this weekend is Colin Thornley who comes from Christiansted in the Virgin Islands.

Chris reveals: 'I believe that I am the only member of the Virgin Islands Manchester United Supporters Club!'

'I've been a supporter of United for more than 50 years. I was born and raised in Manchester.

'I do think that the team they have today is the best and most entertaining I've seen that includes the Busby Babes, the Law, Charlton and Best era and the team of the 1990s.'

Let's check out the predictions!

Each week one of our readers, or an ESPNSoccernet Press Pass viewer, has the chance to challenge our two experts.

Soccernet's Premier League Editor, Dale Johnson, and Press Pass pundit Tommy Smyth take up the test.

They, along with the challenger, cast their eyes over weekend's top flight fixtures in England and predict how they think each game will turn out.

Points are then awarded as follows:
• Three points for a correct result and scoreline
• One point for a correct result

After the weekend's scores are in and the result has been worked out, the winning pundit receives three points for their season's total. Should the challenger win, the total is added to the 'Rest of the World's' tally. In the case of a draw, the points are shared between those level on points.
