JOHANNESBURG, April 5 (Reuters) - Holders Etoile Sahel reached the third round of the African Champions League despite losing 3-0 at AS Douanes in Senegal on Saturday.
Tunisians Etoile won their second round first leg tie 5-0 two weeks ago but let in three goals in the last seven minutes of the return match in Dakar.
Two goals from Sadio Diao in the 83rd and 90th minutes and another from Babacar Mbengue in the 87th earned Douanes victory in the return.
Sudan's Al Hilal, surprise semi-finalists last year, also advanced after a 1-1 draw at ZESCO United in Lusaka, Zambia.
Al Hilal, 2-0 up from the first leg, took the lead in the 43rd minute through Ahmed Adil.
ZESCO scored a consolation goal 14 minutes into the second half with a penalty from Enoch Sakala.
