New Hoops coach Lennon tipped as future boss
Neil Lennon's former Celtic team-mate Lubo Moravcik believes the Northern Irishman's return to Parkhead could be the first step towards becoming Hoops boss.
Manager Gordon Strachan has appointed Lennon to his coaching staff and the 36-year-old has retired as a player to take up his new position.
Moravcik, who spent two years playing alongside Lennon at Celtic, suspects the former Hoops skipper has the right credentials to eventually move into the Parkhead hot-seat.
'Who knows what will happen in the future, but I can see him become the manager in a few years' time,' Moravcik, 42, told the Daily Record.
'I think he would enjoy that and the supporters would love it as well.'
Moravcik added: 'Lenny always liked ordering people around on the pitch and now he will get to do that for a living.
'It's going to suit him. Anyone who wants to become a manager has to start somewhere and this would be perfect for him.'
